I would like to share brief feedback regarding my threading service today around 11:55 AM. I have previously had threading done by Sachi on a weekend and was very happy with the result. Unfortunately, today’s experience was not as satisfactory, as the staff member seemed inexperienced and the outcome was not what I expected. I did mention this during the service, but I still left feeling unhappy. I kindly request that experienced staff be rostered for threading services. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences.
